Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Lead and generate process designs to transform key operational areas and processes in the implementation of tower management systems in order to manage tower assets with greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use different tools and techniques for analysis, documentation and managing requirements
  • Perform traceability of requirements
  • Lead process design work for all processes linked or associated with the solution deployment
  • Produce gap analysis and change migration documents
  • Understand and obtain a working knowledge of the “to be” system processes
  • Identify business problems, associated triggers, and business impacts
  • Support business change manager with benefits realisation & tracking
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Organise and run process gap analysis workshops
  • Produce accurate documents, and summary presentation which is both clear and concise
  • Travel to onsite customer workshops, if required

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree
  • Analytical skills relating to Business Process Modelling (BPM) and lean methodologies
  • Excel, MS Visio
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analyst role

Skill Set

  • Produce detailed requirements to a high standard
  • Capable of undertaking requirements traceability
  • Familiar with tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, Pestile, and SWOT
  • Familiar and able to adapt to different deployment methodologies such as waterfall and agile
  • Previous experience as a business analyst within  the telecoms or  towerco domain
  • Knowledge of finance, commercial, supply chain or logistics
  • Exposure to benefit realisations mapping and tracking
  • Some exposure to large scale transformation projects or programs
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong innovative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience of using business process modelling methodologies to deliver process designs
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident communication skills working with stakeholders at various levels is essential
  • Well-organized and deadline-driven
  • Highly motivated team player
