Job Description

  • Configure and customize Dynamic 365 ERP for new and evolving business processes. This is a techno-functional role that requires thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain within Microsoft D365
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
  • Evaluate standard functionality in D365 to leverage the system for process improvements
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP to achieve the recommended business requirements
  • Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the Dynamics 365 and third-party applications
  • Travel to onsite customer workshops, if required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited university/college in engineering, business/finance, physics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or similar technical discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of combined work experience as a developer, or business systems analyst
  • Expertise in Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, and SQL

Skill Set

  • ERP and related systems development or implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash Cycle or Financial Systems
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or structure
  • Experience with working in fast paced development environments
  • Proven track record of leading functional groups, defining, documenting, and deploying process change and associated systems capabilities
  • Experience with working with a development team creating and maintaining software solutions
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to create original and creative solutions
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
